Snail Harvesting Time

It has rained here so much in the last 6 days or so that people are making jokes about getting started on building Noah's ark...

On the way to work I had to watch out so I wouldn't fall on my face because of all the snails and worms and banana slugs that were sliming themselves around on the sidewalks....

I wonder if I could collect them and saute them for dinner....hmmm... (yuck).

Although...they are not so bad when you eat them in France. Enough garlic and butter...
