Please...buy our Newspaper, we'll pay *You*...

I think the Sueddeutsche Zeitung here in southern Germany is getting desperate.

First I have this little run in with Mallorie a few days back.

Now this: postcards handed out these days:

Are they harassing you again? Remember, just tell them that you only read the real newspaper, the Bild, and carry on.

:-) Bild - yes, um...hmmm. Actually, I like what I have heard about what Bild is doing with social media even if their content is generally a bit low brow. Cool stuff with Flip cameras handed out to general public to take movies with and send in to their editorial team. Mostly I worry about newspapers these days - most of them are not reacting fast enough.
Lunch today - passed a stand from the AbendZeitung set up at Rosenheimer Platz. Handing out free copies to try. Poor woman there had some stuffed teddy bear at the stand with her. Really wondering who their target audience is...;-P
